Issue webhooks will now send information for unresolved state changes for both regressed and escalating states.

• Regressed state change occurs when a resolved Issue is marked unresolved due to another error occurrence
• Escalating state change occurs when an archived issue is marked escalating since it's seeing a spike in error count

You don't need to take any action if your internal or public integration has already subscribed to Issue Webhooks. You will automatically start receiving webhooks for this new unresolved type. If you want to get started with using these webhooks please read our docs
