Sentry is looking for our first Executive Assistant to prevent our company and company leader's heads from exploding. Okay, that's a little hyperbolic, but you will help contribute your astute administrative ability and “get shi- stuff done” gusto to keep Sentry, our CEO, and other leaders, operating smoothly.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Maintain executives' agendas in order to streamline their day, prioritize meetings, and proactively anticipate needs
  • Coordinate meetings and events for the executive team and oversee preparation for meetings
  • Expense reporting and data entry
  • Book travel and accommodation arrangements for staff as assigned
  • Handle confidential and non-routine information and facilitate communication between appropriate people and teams
  • Supporting ad-hoc office, HR, and culture initiatives



  • 3+ years of experience relevant to an Executive Assistant role (startup and/or experience in a hyper-growth organization preferred)
  • Expertise in G Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, etc.) and/or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with complex calendaring for multiple executives and teams
  • Beyonce-level flawlessness when it comes to organization and attention to detail
  • Highly-positive and service-oriented approach to working both internally and externally
  • Empathic and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and maintain composure and sense of humor in high-pressure situations
  • Track record of consistently going above and beyond
