  • Build and maintain our component library and documentation
  • Ensure our components are polished and behave the way that both our users and teammates expect them to
  • Collaborate with engineers and open source contributors to enable them to do great design work without the design team being a bottleneck in the process

You'll love this job if you:

  • Care deeply about setting up the team and our community up for success — you help others do their best work
  • Design and code, and have a portfolio that shows you’re great at both
  • Understand how each change affects the whole and are well versed in making and defending decisions at a systems level

  • 5+ years experience in product design, including experience building design systems
  • History of advocating for design methodologies and processes
  • Impeccable taste and knack for attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration across various levels of the organization
  • Experience with Sketch, Invision, Framer, and other modern design tools

Bonus Qualifications:

  • You’ve managed or been a part of scaling design operations in a startup environment
  • Experience or interest in speaking/evangelism about the work you do
  • Experience working on developer tools and/or contributing to open source projects

  • Contribute to an open source product used by tens of thousands of developers and companies
  • Be part of an experienced and renowned team that has worked on some of the world's most popular software products and open source tools
  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity
  • 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • Relocation assistance
