We’re looking for an experienced recruiting leader to manage a small team with big impact and help build out the DNA of our growing family of <100 employees. As our Head of Recruiting, you will:
  • Work directly with our CEO, VP of People, and other company leaders to establish and execute on recruiting strategies
  • Build out initiatives and programs that drive Sentry's recruiting outcomes including diversity recruiting, university recruiting, employer brand, and more
  • Make data-driven decisions to drive efficient and effective talent systems and operations and manage tools, vendors, and budget (ex: interview processes, sourcing, interviewer load balancing)
  • Provide training and education to hiring managers, interviewers, and the broader company on recruiting philosophy and processes
  • Keep diversity top of mind and continually seeking ways to discover and engage with talent from underrepresented backgrounds
  • Continue to build Sentry's talent brand, emphasizing attracting and hiring high-caliber candidates
  • Own candidate and pipeline management for roles as needed

  • 9+ years experience in recruiting, hands on technical recruiting experience, and 2+ years in recruiting management/leadership roles
  • Experience working in high-growth teams and companies
  • Demonstrate experience of owning full-cycle recruiting, and building out large-scale, company-wide recruiting initiatives
  • Comfortable with open communication, ability to give and receive thoughtful, constructive feedback
  • Experience with ATS and relevant talent tools and solid knowledge of industry best practices (Greenhouse experiences a plus)
  • Data-driven expertise in organizational design, process improvements to optimize and enhance candidate experience
  • Expertise in building and analyzing recruiting data
