The Sales Development team at Sentry ensures that our all of out accounts have a fantastic experience when they need to connect with a human. We pride ourselves on the deep relationships we build with customers so we can help them on their journey to create and develop better software. As the market leader in our space, Sentry already has a fantastic portfolio of customers of all sizes, and we’re looking for the right candidate to continue acquisition and expansion of those accounts.

As the Manager of the Sales Development team at Sentry, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with the CEO, CFO, and other leaders in both in Sales and in the company to continue to refine and improve the sales process to maximize revenue pipeline and customer satisfaction. You’ll initially be responsible for our global sales development efforts across our touch sales customers with the opportunity to influence the direction of the product and the company.


  • Provide leadership, development, and training to our Sales Development team
  • Hire, onboard, and promote top talent
  • Keep track of weekly, monthly, and quarterly lead volume per Sales Development Representative (SDR)
  • Work with Marketing team to optimize inbound lead flow and develop demand generation campaigns
  • Set up and run process to optimize inbound lead qualifications and drive outbound prospecting efforts to build qualified leads
  • Work closely with Sales Operations on creating standardized reports to track performance
  • Implement processes & tools to help improve the productivity & efficiency of our Sales Development team


  • 2+ years of meaningful leadership experience in a sales organization
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and other sales productivity tools
  • Strong customer orientation, dedication, and passion for delivering a great customer experience
  • Ability to assess customer needs
