We’re looking for an experienced Manager of Strategy & Business Operations to work closely with senior leaders across the business to drive strategic analyses, optimize business performance, and deliver best-in-class execution.

As our Manager of Strategy & Business Operations, you will:

  • Work directly with our CFO, CEO and other company leaders to establish and execute on the company strategy
  • Manage the planning process, ensuring alignment between company strategy, functional group objectives, areas of investments and key KPIs
  • Drive the quarterly functional business reviews
  • Create a system of accountability to hold functional business owners responsible for their specific deliverables and KPI performance
  • Drive monetization strategy including pricing metrics, different levels of packaging, positioning and marketing related messaging
  • Develop an investment framework to vet potential opportunities
  • Build high level models (including revenue and cost models) to help identify actionable insights and drive recommendations for management
  • Perform analysis of our competitors, our industry and the developer tools space
  • Oversee the KPI and business metric reporting framework across all functional areas of the company

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3-4 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, finance or other relevant experience
  • Ability to drive key initiatives to successful outcomes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Comfort with data and ambiguity, and an ability to both delve into details and engage meaningfully on overall strategy
  • Ability to communicate effectively and present compelling recommendations to senior-level executives
  • Strong financial modeling and presentation skills
  • Experience in a SaaS business, and a high-growth technology company is a plus
