In this role you will:

  • Partner very closely with the hiring managers to hire top talent across multiple business teams, ranging from individual contributors to director level
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies in an effort to build a healthy pipeline of talent
  • Continue building a world-class candidate experience in partnership with our Talent Team, Hiring Managers, and Key Stakeholders
  • Leverage data, your knowledge, and industry trends to build and execute on closing strategies
  • Collaborate with the team to standardize our interview process to reflect our culture and values
  • Influence, guide, and educate hiring teams on interviewing best practices.
  • Utilize our recruiting tech stack to capture data, insights, follow processes, and keep things organized (Greenhouse is our ATS)

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role with experience hiring world-class Sales and GTM professionals in tech companies
  • You have demonstrated the ability to deliver against recruitment strategies in support of the growth of technical organizations
  • You can share some victorious tales of how you’ve built sales and marketing organizations
  • You take ownership - you're driven, focused, and strive for results, using metrics and data in your decision-making
  • You’re humble - you’re willing to get into the details if needed and are open to feedback
