About This Role

Sentry is a company with a healthy appreciation for design, art, wit, and whimsical mischief, with the artists, designers, and writers on the Creative Team producing much of that mischievous whimsy. We’re the keepers of the look, voice, and tone of the brand and we take that responsibility just seriously enough.

The Sentry Creative Team is looking for a Project Manager to join our merry band and help us do what we do faster, smarter, and better-er. Reporting to the Creative Director, the PM will be a key player on the team, helping assign out work, liaising with our partners in other departments, ensuring briefs are thorough and detailed, scheduling face-to-face kickoffs when necessary, and basically always helping make sure the train stays on the tracks.

In this role, you will:

  • Organize projects, assign tasks, and manage timelines across the creative team.
  • Help with the resourcing and management of the company swag and other company paraphernalia we develop.
  • Audit our current processes to determine if there’s a better way to do things.
  • Constantly be on the lookout for better ways to do things, whether that be processes, communication methods, or otherwise.
  • Build relationships with our partners on other teams.
  • Find solutions to problems we didn’t know we had.

  • 4+ years of project management experience in creative services, advertising, or marketing.
  • Highly organized and thrives on making order out of chaos.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with the creative development process and creative folks.
  • A thorough understanding of platforms like Notion, Asana, Jira, etc.
