About the role

The People Team at Sentry knows that the best product and businesses are built by the best team. Sentry is looking for a People Operations Generalist who is passionate about supporting our employees in our day-to-day people operations, can promote positive employee relations and engagement, and help maintain an internal culture our employees love. In this role you will

  • Participate in managing core compliance processes, not limited to creating and maintaining process and policy documentation, conducting and supporting audits, updating employee handbooks, etc
  • Assist our immigration partners with ongoing cases and manage continuous work authorization audits
  • Maintain and evolve our People Team intranet, building resources for Sentaurs that are easily accessible and intuitive, promoting self-service
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, programs, and any other general inquiries with a service-minded approach
  • Assist with processing and maintaining accurate employee records and data changes utilizing our various HR systems
  • Provide backup support for day-to-day onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle events
  • Partner with other members of the People team, and wider G&A organization on various projects as needed

  • You act ethically and maintain highly confidential and proprietary information that impacts employees and the business
  • You are a proactive and self-directed learner
  • You have consistent attention to detail and understand the importance of getting the small stuff right
  • Benefits administration and experience working with software such as MS Office, G Suite, Jira, Lattice, and HRIS platforms a plus
