With the new AI-generated Feedback Summary, you’ll see a concise overview of your feedback trends, highlighting 2–3 recurring themes so you can quickly understand what users are saying, without reading every comment.
We’ve also added Categories, a new way to explore related feedback. These are AI-extracted keywords (like “usability,” discoverability,” or “filtering”) that appear under the Summary. Click any category to instantly filter and see all related submissions.
