Continuous Profiling — available for early adopters

Continuous profiling is available for early adopters. With this update, we now support collecting profiling data beyond the previous 30 second limit. Whether you're training machine learning models, running big data analysis, or have long-running API requests, continuous profiling gives you constant visibility into the performance of your code. Plus, profiles are no longer tied to transaction lifecycles—you’re in control with new start/stop APIs in the SDK.

With continuous profiling you can:

  • Debug faster with the exact functions and lines of code causing performance bottlenecks
  • Monitor your app performance in every environment, including in production, with minimal overhead
  • Visualize hot code paths in flame graphs to help optimize resource consumption

Continuous profiling is currently available for all native iOS, Node.js, and Python projects. Check out our docs to get started.
