About this role

Sentry is looking for our first Technical Content Marketer to create highly visible technical and user narratives that advance our leadership in three main categories: developer tools, agile development, and monitoring and observability. As the first content marketer, you’ll be at the center of our new acquisition and enablement strategies, expanding the Sentry love to new audiences around the world.

This is by no means the typical technical content writing role, since priority number one is to do field reporting with some of the industry’s top engineers and build a compendium of use cases, how-to guides, and workflow hacks. Your content will be seen and used by hundreds of thousands of developers on our website and blog, as well as in video, partner, social, and other traditional and new digital channels that you help create.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any writer or marketer who can convey technical topics in a way that is authentic and stands out in a crowd, who loves seeing the impact of their work as a finished product, and who wants to have an outsized impact on a hyper-growth company.
