The Sales Operations Manager is a key business advisor who will function as the Chief of Operations” to our Go-To-Market leadership and fast-growing sales team. You’ll manage all things Sales Ops: defining gaps in our current process and leading efforts to establish your areas of expansion with your expert knowledge, and building out the entire function that is behind the scenes in making Sales successful at an early stage, quickly-growing startup.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Generating and present timely reports and analyses on current environment and planning for future growth and market/segmentation development
  • Implementing sales team strategy and metrics, including incentive plans,  territory management strategies and equitability in sales opportunity, weightings, quotas, accelerator rates, tiers, and more
  • Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance and Sales to conceive, design and implement process optimization (ex: inbound and outbound sales prospecting efficiency)
  • Ensuring efficiency in Salesforce (data audits and system maintenance) and participating in the design/implementation process for system enhancements and complete user acceptance testing for calculation logic, data tables and reporting 
  • Co-owning (with Finance) critical Sales Ops responsibilities like Commissions, Payee, and Revenue compliance and alignment, calculating sales commissions and SPIFFs, and more


  • 4+ years work experience in Sales Ops, management consulting, sales, strategy, operations, or finance
  • Experience using and developing reports, metrics and dashboards with Salesforce
  • Analytical and modeling skills, as well as experience with financial statement analysis
  • Excel Level: Wizard!
  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication experience with senior management
  • Experience working in high-growth, performance/results-focused environments
