In Alerts, you are now able to setup Custom Measurement based alerts that trigger based on the Mobile Vitals measurements:

• Cold Start: measurements.app_start_cold.
• Warm Start: measurements.app_start_warm.
• TTID: measurements.time_to_initial_display.
• TTFD: measurements.time_to_full_display.

You will now be able to catch additional mobile performance regressions, without keeping an eye on a dashboard.
