Sentry officially supports INP
Starting today, Sentry Performance has support for INP (Interaction to Next Paint) - Google's newest core web vital.
INP is defined as the worst interaction on a page after the initial page load. Sentry can now capture its duration, associated element, and correlate it to Replays and Profiling (upon instrumentation) to help you determine what happened and why.
Effective immediately, FID (First Input Delay) will be replaced by INP in our frontend Performance Score. This update is available to any SDK supported by our Browser Javascript SDK.
To see INP:
- Ensure you're using Javascript version 7.104.0 or higher
- The
enableINP
option is on
