Understanding user feedback is one of the most direct ways to improve your product, but when you’re getting dozens (or hundreds) of responses, spotting patterns can take time. Now, Sentry can do that work for you.
With the new AI-generated Feedback Summary, you’ll see a concise overview of your feedback trends, highlighting 2–3 recurring themes so you can quickly understand what users are saying, without reading every comment.
We’ve also added Categories, a new way to explore related feedback. These are AI-extracted keywords (like “usability,” discoverability,” or “filtering”) that appear under the Summary. Click any category to instantly filter and see all related submissions.
