Sentry Scouts Meetups are organized by software developers for software developers, about the future of building and using software. Why drink wine at home when you could instead eat s'mores and drink hot chocolate with us? Of course you may not live in the San Francisco Bay Area, in which case you can drink wine at home and watch these videos instead.

For our 4th edition of Sentry Scouts, we brought together a panel of security experts to share war stories, best practices, and chat about all things security related. Come gather ‘round the video campfire to hear spooky stories about data tampering, weak encryption, and data breaches.

What Are Our Events Like?

Every Sentry meet up, talk, and event is put together by software developers for software developers, about the future of building and using software. To that end we promise to never bore* you, make you eat cold pizza, or sit through a poorly disguised product pitch. Be part of the vanguard that’s moving the software industry forward and join us in developing a passionate community!

*Please note, we may occasionally say something boring by accident so please don’t hold that against us.
